Existign website with listings: Add Ad Higlight Option, Add Top Up and set payment

Our current website made in Wordpress (User frot end pro): [login to view URL] Listing an add is functional. Also payment via Pay Pall is functional; However we need to allow customers to: a) On a equipment listing form , to choose if they want their add to be on top of listing page , in certain category) b) To have that add highlighted c) Those would be paid options so we need to update our current listing form to have a few check boxes so when selected, the payment will increase for that amount and at the end they will pay for the total. Attached is a file example what feature form should have. Must not interfere with other website features or future wordpress updates.
