This macro convert an excel file to a CSV. I use polish language which has special characters like ąćęłńóśźż. When I convert to a csv, this characters are replaced by this symbol "?". In the file attached, special chatacters are in sheet Data Export, to convert them, you need to click on the Data Export in the firt sheet Macro and save the CSV. Open it and you will see all special characters like ąćęłńóśźż are replaced by "?".
