Excel data merge to create and email tax invoice

Dear Coders/Excel experts,

We are wanting to create a data merge from Excel to create a pdf (Tax Invoice) which can be emailed to a client. The Excel document contains a range of dates, client business names and $ amounts representing past monthly transfers.

We need to sort the data based on client name and add each row of data as a separate entry in the respective tax invoice for each of the clients. Each row will show the date, a description (this will simply be "Web Services For #Month#") and an amount. The month can be generated using the respective date - that is 16/03/2015 is March and so on.

On the bottom of the invoice, the total for all invoices will be calculated and displayed.

We can easily generate the excel file from the service we use to process the payments and I will supply an example of a simple tax invoice in word for you to follow.

Once the tax invoice is created, we need to generate a pdf and send to the clients via email. Each client will need to have an email address entered and saved for subsequent use as the excel spreadsheet does not contain that information. That is, on the first attempt to send the pdf to a client without an email address in the system, the system will prompt the user to enter an email address. This will then be saved for subsequent use for that client.

I would like to be able to easily edit the tax invoice master copy...preferably in Word.

Doesn't need to be fancy...just needs to work flawlessly.
