Hello, i want to create a website where users (customers) can get quotes from car repair shops (companies) / it all happens in the backend / dashboard, no frontend involved. So basically it functions a little bit like freelancer.com, but it all happens in the backend / dashboard, where both usertypes have their profiles and administration area - both users (customers & companies) need to signup / 2 different user roles and types / 2 different sign-up forms and log-in urls - after sign-up both users types need to activate account by confirming activation link in the sent email - both usertypes fill in the personal data - the user (customer) enters his location (radius search), based on that, all companys within the customers environment see the inquiry (if opted-in gets notification via email) example: customer sets a radius search of 15 kilometers, then all the registered companies within that radius see that inquiry, others (above the radius of 15 kilometers) don't see it. - for each project, that was accepted by the company, i want to deduct 3% fee / invoice needs to be generated automatically and send via email and also accessable in dashboard and also should be printable as pdf / unique invoice number for every single invoice / the fee is to be calculated while company makes a bid for the job, so the company immediately sees costs - every company and every customer has an unique id - every project posted by customers have unique project ids - all columns need to be sortable - google analytics implementation - rating system - mobile friendly - chat - admin can post finished projects as testimonials in frontend im using wordpress, so you can make it on wordpress or you can built a complete new site i will pay after the job is finished, no payment before im 100% satisfied, i learned it the hard way, not to pay before the job is done to my satisfaction. communication is important to me, i dont want to wait 3 days for a simple yes or no or a confirmation, thats a no go i am interested in a longterm business relationship, as there is always room for improvement and therefore the need for a specialist For more info i built a mockup, i can send you
