Driver and Vehicle Roster Rota Software

*PROJECT FOR UNITED KINGDOM SOFTWARE PROFESSIONALS ONLY* I have a transport company and would like a customised driver and vehicle roster system. We need to match up driver and vehicle attributes to ensure the drivers are able to drive vehicles that they are authorised to do so. Operators and Management need to know what cars are assigned and unassigned including cars that are currently active (able to be used) and inactive (cannot be used due to repairs/maintenance). Also, cars that are active but do not have assigned drivers on them. Drivers must be able to log in and update their working days and hours including their holidays and their time off. Drivers who work regular shifts must be able to add their own template schedule and these drivers can be assigned to the correct and same vehicle each time. When a driver has been assigned a car, an email must be fired out notifying them of the vehicle details, its current location and the start/end time of shift and where the vehicle needs to be returned to. This rota system also requires an automatic email notification system including a SMS gateway system. The SMS system we would like to use is an Android phone with our own company sim-card to reduce costs to SMS suppliers. Please show me experience of your current relevant experience and portfolio.
