Draw charts in PHP with Mysql data using json

Hello, i have a database with records per date, in each record is saved with date format, then i want to show how much records is in the database per year: for example: with my first image i have two charts, bar chart and line chart: BAR CHART have all years in the database and the number of cases in the "Y" label, also the exactly number need show on the bar. cases: each case is a register of cases happened in my db, this is registered via website and stored in my db, thats why i want to see my statistics about how are we going. LINE CHART have months of the current year, you are able to see how much cases is registered in every month per line, in every point you can see the exactly number data need to show as "real time" because we wanna show it in a monitor and need keep updated, maybe real time, every 10 min, or 40 min. i dont know much about coding but i want to get the same information via json because we will implement android aplication with this. then this code need to be compatible with android app, because the same charts will be coded in android
