Hi, i understand the concept. Only couple of questions to understand final requirement. 1. Can the json/feed be accessed publicly without credentials/verifications ? 2. I assume we are importing posts by parsing the feed. How many post data does each file contain, approximately ? 3. Also, there might be record on the json file that we have already imported. What action should be taken in this scenario ? 4. With the default WordPress cron, there's a huge chance that hourly cron would misses to run due to lack of visitor at the correct time. To resolve that problem, we will need to setup a cpanel cron who will trigger the wordpress cron to make sure each scheduled job runs at the proper time. Do you have cPanel server ? Thanks.
