Development of Pay per lead system for Directory website on Wordpress

Hi All, I'm looking at an expert web developer to create a pay per lead plugin/system for a directory website on Wordspress. Our website will be ready in the next 3-4 weeks. It is a event directory (we are using the theme MyListing) where we will list venues and suppliers. At the moment we are setting up a subscription package (used woocommerce plugin, setting up with stripe payment). This will allow vendors to have their listing at the premium spots on the website. The whole idea about this new plugin/solution is, we want to have an second type of listing which is more fair to the vendors, pay only per unique lead they receive via our website. We would like to set up two type of listing. Free Listing + Pay per lead Free Listing + Pay per lead + Subscription (premium listing spot) How would this system work: This system needs to have a backend dashboard where we can have access to:  All vendors basic details (business name, phone, email, contact name)  Invoice due date  Paid/Unpaid (green/red highlight)  Amount owing  Number of leads sent to the vendor  Send/resend invoice  Block/remove users automatically if they don't pay the bills Settings: We need to be able to configure  How often we want to charge the vendor (payment terms)  Cost per lead  Type of vendor (we will have two type of vendors, suppliers and venue owners)  Block/remove users automatically if they don't pay the bills after X days Rules:  Vendors will only get charged per unique lead. If someone get in touch with vendor via our contact box, this email needs to be “whitelisted”. If the lead gets in touch via our contact box again with the same vendor, vendor will not be charged. . We want to charge vendors once per month. Total number of leads x cost of leads. This doesn't need to be in the same invoice as the Premium subscription payment as we will charge this separately every 3,6 and 12 months. Dispute:  In case vendors disagree that the number of leads quoted is incorrect, we need to be able to have an email copy of every single quote sent through our website to be able to prove in the future, all the leads details received by them.  Also include a “tab” in dashboard next to vendor details “Leads received” all the basic info from leads inquired. Additional general info: • Vendor and suppliers will have different personal areas. • Stripe payment will be implemented. Will be a basic setup, leads can pay monthly or annual subscription for premium listing spots on the website. • Lead will access a listing, make a enquire via the enquire box. Lead will fill up basic info (Full name, phone number, email, event date, message) TAT is flexible.
