Developing a filtration form which interact with an API to return filtered data by user inside a CodeIgniter php project

I have a job matching web application developed within php and CodeIgniter web framework, I have a view and controller developed and have a design which can do some basic filtration with the API, however I want to replace it with the enhancements(requirements) listed in this project, wherever by tuning up the actual code, or by rewrite it from scratch. I will provide you with the view and controller and link to test the actual form. - What is expected form the freelancer: To develop the requirements and give us bug free control and view (and any extra files if needed_ to replace in my system and get the new requirements listed below accomplished and working. - Requirements: Creating a filtration form where job seeker has 5 combo boxes to select filter criteria and 1 button which get the results and show them under the filtration form, the filtration form has this structure: o Combo box with default text value “Choose a Region”: enabled by default, when clicking on it a list of all regions appears and user select a region. o Combo box with default text value “Choose a City”: disabled if no region selected, if user selected a region then this combo box be enabled without refresh the page and user can click on it to select a city from the list. o Combo box with default text value “Choose category”: enabled by default, when clicking on it a list of all categories appears and user select a category. o Combo box with default text value “Choose Subcategory”: disabled if no category selected, if user selected a category then this combo box be enabled without refresh the page and user can click on it to select a subcategory from the list. o Combo box with default text value “Choose SubSubCategory”: disabled if no subcategory selected, if user selected a subcategory then this combo box be enabled without refresh the page and user can click on it to select a SubSubCategory from the list. o A button image to do the filtration: where user can select only 1 criteria (region and/or category), or more than 1 criteria like city and SubSubCategory, or region and category, or city and subcategory, etc…, (user can search by all possible combinations). Once user click on the search image button, the page should show the results under the form in this format: Job title company name - city Category/occupation Job Posting Date: 2018-12-26 Jobtype Job expiration date: Example: Notes:  the search form maintains selected filtration values after clicking on search image button.  If returned jobs are more than 10 jobs, at the button there should appear page numbers with next,previous,first,last buttons to navigate through data.  When clicking on the title it should appear as modal iframe with close button.  After click search image button the filtration form gets collapsed, and user can expand it again. - Work and Payment terms: o I will create milestone, and I will only and only release it after full project delivery, I will not accept 99% completed project, but only and only 100% completed project, bug free and tested. So, if the freelancer wasn’t able to complete the job in time (before deadline), and 100% completed, I have the rights to not paying anything for him. Either full solution and in time or I will cancel the milestones created and get back my money. o Freelancer should deliver a guide on how to use the delivered project to test. o Freelancer should give me time after delivering the project to test and make sure that everything is working perfectly. And If any bug found, freelancer is responsible to fix it whatever it is hard or easy.
