Developer needed for modifying an existing Laravel-Vuejs web-app. [It's a simple news discussion website]

I am looking for a developer who has good experience in Laravel and VueJs for adding features to a well written open source web application which has been perfectly working in a production environment for two years. It is not a complicated app at all. It is just a news discussion forum where people can post news links, rate it and discuss it. NOTE: New freelancers are also welcome to apply if they can prove that they have experience and especially if you can do it for a lower budget. I am looking for individuals and not companies. The entire details of what needs to be done are written in a step by step document along with screenshots explaining exactly what needs to be done. Other UI elements like icons are provided by me. The exact details of the project will be given to the selected freelancers, but for a basic description, it is something like this - 1. Customize the UI of the entire site[Mainly rearranging of existing components to fit new UI] 2. Adding a few more parameters to certain components. [Creating category, tags, nsfw filter etc] 3. Adding a WYSIWYG editor to text boxes. [Just implementing an existing JS based editor] 4. Changing the URL structure of certain pages(dynamic). 5. Tweaking the algorithm of the news feed. You will be able to easily understand what needs to be done by seeing the mockup designs of these pages. This is a low-cost project as of now, but once this basic project is completed, I will surely be having more projects for you to add more features to this web app. Bonus - If you have experience with CircleCI[Used for unit-testing in this web app], Redis[For cacheing] or [login to view URL], please mention.[Experiences in these things are not necessary as it is not the thing you need to do] To acknowledge that you have read this entire description, start your proposal with the word "Sapien", otherwise, you would be counted as a bot and auto-rejected.
