Developer needed to advise on E-mail Spam concerns for a custom built CRM

Exceed Marketing Solutions has created a custom CRM that sends emails to leads through our custom built Lead Management System. We are looking for an expert in e-mail spam to ensure that our e-mails have all the qualities to avoid users’ spam filters. This includes analyzing the system’s e-mail headers, analyzing the content of the emails, and analyzing the servers and IP addresses of e-mails sent to ensure our e-mail servers are whitelisted among the e-mail carriers. This is a custom built server, so experience with custom code is necessary as we are not using a third party, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. The e-mails are sent directly from the Lead Management System server. Any and all recommendations of how to ensure our e-mail delivery are welcome.
