Develop a simple inventory tracking software for PC

Develop an inventory management software for PC use. Not online software.
functions:
1. Can add a new item, include item ID, name, description. No vender information, need. No category information. No unit need. (such as bottle, lb). Item doesn't need price (buy and sale price. No tax calculation need)
2. Can add inventory, include date, item name, Item ID (can key in or scan from linear bar code. Bar code scanner not included.
No need to generate PO. Add item to in inventory directly.
3. When sale, deduct item from inventory. No need to track sale price, tax. User can deduct from scanner.
For QTY more than one, the function will be by key in QTY, or scan multiple times.
If there is same item sale twice, the order record will be in separated line.
For example: sale item 1001 qty 1, sale item 1002, QTY 1, sale item 1001 qty 1 again,
User click save button, then the buy or sale will be save to history.
Either add listed as separated line in the same sale or added together with total qty for the same item.
Only record inventory deduction. The information include date, item ID, name, and qty.
4. No customer information need when sale.
5. Order report will be a list. This list will list all orders list by date, include all items, that include item ID, Item name, description, QTY. No need to have report function. There is no need to add all qty together.
