SECTION 1- CHURCH GROWTH I want a statistical analysis form designed and hosted on my website, where users can fill in weekly or monthly attendance of members coming to church for both MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN. And a section where total ATTENDANCE, GRAPHS and REPORTS within and across each months and weeks will be displayed simultaneously. Bar graph and Line graph will be needed SECTION 2- CHURCH GROWTH QUARTELY REPORT IN THIS SECTION- An attach your church growth report form either in DOCx or PDF format is provided where users can attach their monthly report form. They select either their location or assemblies and attach file. Admin can view information from back end, download and print forms Secondly Up to 20 images of pictures of church infrastructure, lands, church buildings and projects can be uploaded to database here. ¬ Admin should be able view, download these images and files to hard drive of any computer they are using-Max image files of 10mb allowed only. SECTION 3- UPLOAD OF DATABASE OF CHURCH WORKERS A registration form field with the following information below created.
