I'm looking for a developer to design and developer the following add-on feature to a current site. Basically, the site is a student accommodation website that allows students to register and create an account with them to store their personal information, photo, contract documents and billing details. It also allows the accommodation owner (who is the admin) to update them on any events, billing info, and update their students' contract, profile information etc. The following is the functions:
- Login & registration function
- Admin Panel for Administrator
- Dashboard for user after they register successfully
- Login process (Key in profile information, recaptcha, agree to terms & conditions, and then choose some information of the accommodation they are interested in and goes to the dashboard)
- Allow user to edit their own profile information (e.g. phone number, home address, etc)
- Allow user to upload documents on their personal page in the backend dashboard for the administrator to manage
- Allow administrator to update the billing information (such as transaction history, receipt and invoices documents upload to individual student's account)
- Allow administrator to update a global announcement board that all users can see on their dashboard homepage
- Allow user to make custom payment via Paypal/Stripe integrated into the dashboard
- After user make custom payment, the status would be pending. Admin can check transaction manually and update the status manually to alert the user.
- Integrate LiveChat widget on the normal site onto the dashboard site as well (Same livechat)
- Allow administrator to upload photos on both individual user dashboard as well as global dashboard, allowing them to download the images and documents.
