Design a Clean Responsive Template and a Logo for a Media Sharing Website!

I would like to have a clean, modern, eye-catching and responsive beautiful template created for my media/video sharing website. This template should follow all the latest web and tech trends and adapt to any device sizes from PCs, Tablets and Smartphones. It should also contain widget rich footer with all the social media buttons. I am using phpvibe/mediavibe video sharing script ([login to view URL]) therefore this should give you an idea with the design. After the design, template should be integrated/loaded and functional with the script. Also I would like for my current logo to be redesigned/updated and three top banners created based off the template design.
