Customize a wordpress plugin - sliced invoices

We are looking to have some custom code work done in our sliced invoice plugin. Currently, the plugin enables custom reminder emails triggered based on number of days when the invoice is due until a client pays their invoice.
Using the same protocols, we need a feature that adds a separate email feature that triggers a final email with a different subject a set amount of days after the invoice is due.. Our purpose would be notifying them that their account has been frozen x number of days after an overdue invoice and instructions on how to reactivate their account.
Right now, our reminder emails are scheduled to be sent 1 day before the due date, 7 days after the due date and then 14 days after the due date (see attached). With this new email feature, we would like to be able to define a final email send out X number of days after the due date.
