customize wordpress director

I have a custom wordpress directory theme that has been customized. I need: -two custom page types fixed to function properly that include -32 custom fields which will be stored in database and be able to be sorted and have the data injected from csv or data scrapping -custom search options to sort and filter fields -each of the listing pages need a dynamic button for the listing "do you own this business?" which will allow custom sign-up user form which will only allow --login business owner to only edit their listings -map on custom page that show other location with the same menu item and their ratings I am looking for someone who has over two years of experience creating custom WordPress back-end options, custom field types, custom page types and shorting results, this is not a huge undertaking. it is simple to someone who is experienced in the task mentioned above. I will make escrow but not release any part until completion I can not except partially completed as this is an all or nothing customization of the directory please request further information with your bid. only bid if you again have experience with: creating custom WordPress back-end options, custom field types, custom page types and shorting results. not just css and basic wordpress customization must use best practices it is simple to add fields and page types but can get very messy if you do not fully understand the entire process.
