Custom task in CodeIgniter based PHP application

Hi, I have a few screens created using codeigniter MVC framework. Please refer to attached screenshots. I want to someone to write code for following features in current code base: 1. Desktop alerts in browser - should work across windows/linux/mac - for chrome and firefox browsers (something like [login to view URL]) 2. Handle files from AWS S3 - Add file, remove file, retrieve file via browser UI. Must support images, pdf, doc, excel, etc. 3. HTTPS - handle request/responses between browser and server, above forms, file transfers, etc. should work over HTTPS. The above application should also work on HTTPS 4. Export to Excel - Export list or detailed form (point 2) by clicking on button 5. Custom API - expose all fields for one of the objects via REST based API over HTTPS with encryption I am looking only for experienced freelancer who has at least 2-3 years of hands on experience on PHP and Codeigniter, especially on WAMP or LAMP stack. I want the tasks to be delivered in phases. Send me the code the moment one task is completed and tested at your end. Please ensure you have ALL details with you before you accept the project. I do not entertain any change in budget no matter how unreasonable it may seem later on. I will have more work coming up so looking for stable and professional programmers.
