I am trying to source out options for building custom software for our company located in Burnaby. We are a construction/installation company and have 1-2 day jobs for our day to day operations which is kitchen installations. Each project is different and therefore, the team sent to complete the job is different each day. We need a program to:
A - schedule our team of employees/sub-contractors using drag & drop
B - Integrate an app to push schedules, project file and job site information to employees/sub-contractors
C - Upload documents for the team lead to access during the job
D - Allow the team lead to make changes to the work order and upload back to the company for invoicing
E - Create completion reports for projects at the end of the day
F - We must have the ability to send documents to the customer on the spot
I am sure there is more functionality that we would need with this software but this pretty much sums up our day to day operations, that are still doing manually.
