Hello! My name is Thomas Straub. I am the lead developer for BigNM LLC based in Houston, Texas USA. I have over 35 years in software development, and over 20 years in web site design, creation and customization. Mass mailing is something that involves a lot of variables. For example, the words that you use and the way you structure your emails (e.g. HTML emails are more likely to be flagged as SPAM), makes a big difference no matter what software system you are using to send the email. One other factor is finding the right web hosting company that will allow you to send mass emails in the first place. I know software that is really good at this, and I know of some web hosting companies that you could use that are tolerant of high-volume email. Of course, I can also help customize the software as needed for your usage. I am submitting this proposal, but there are still uncertainties: 1. How many emails per hour do you intend to send? 2. Encryption may require the reader to know a password to read the email. If an end user can read the email without a password, then so can any web hosting company. 3. Multipart emails are easy to do, HTML is not required if using attachments. 4. Software with automatic domain, hourly, and other admin set limitations is available 5. PHP may or may not be the best language. C/C++ based software is 20x+ faster. Java also exists, and usually is slower, but offers more user administration features, etc. Best regards, Tom
