CSS and JS work on a drupal site, as well as some PHP debugging/coding, and some documentation

I have a drupal 7 site here: [login to view URL] Some of the CSS and JS rules were somehow deleted by JS injector and CSS injector modules. I need to have them recreated. I may not have design mockups for all of the pages which need CSS or JS work. In those cases, there will be some creativity required in recreating the CSS or JS according to what the rest of the site looks like. The site needs to be respectable enough to start running ads for it, so anything that needs upgrading in terms of features and design should have it. In terms of the debugging/coding part of the project, the file licenses never worked on the site. People will purchase file licenses and they never gain access to those files. This needs to be debugged and fixed so that the file licenses are available to the customers automatically, as was intended by the module responsible for that. One other thing I would like: please go through the emails which are sent by the system and recommend to me some new copy which could be included in those emails, in order to make the user's experience better. This would include instructions for how to download the files they purchased. I will then edit and approve the copy, so your English doesn't have to be great.
