Create a WordPress Site

JSMW (Jain Society of Metro Washington) is a non-profit organization. We host our website on Wordpress. Here's the link to the site: jsmw.org. We are looking to enhance the site with following high-level features: 1. Membership - we have members currently and have their information in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is flat, meaning a single row per member. Each row has about 34 fields. We need to be able to upload the data to the membership database, provision the users, and emails sent out automatically with temporary passwords to the members. At a later point, we need the members and admins to be able to update the members' demographic data. 2. Events - we host several events. It is important for us to have a calendar and have the events linked from the calendar to their own event detail pages. Some of these events are paid events, so we need credit card/ PayPal integration. 3. Teacher pages - we run a small Sunday school with about 10 classes and about a dozen children per class. We want teachers to be able to update the content for their own classes and parents to be able to access their corresponding class pages. We are OK with using role-based security. 4. Documents - we release tax documents for donations each year. Each document is for a specific member. 5. Donations - we collect general donations online, in addition to the donations from the events. We need similar credit card/ PayPal integration. We know that several of these features can be accomplished by using a series of plug-ins; however, we lack the general WP expertise and need someone to orchestrate the build-out. This is the first phase of the project, which, if done well, may translate into a longer term relationship.
