Drive is created with customer username, password and an expiry date setup. c. admin uploads documents , images to the customer drive. d. admin can send the Link to the customer drive along with the password to open the page. e. The email to be sent to the customer and health insurance company. Customer and Health insurance company: a. Can access the drive page from the link provided b. Can only view the image, pdfs. c.
