Create a survey page and email script

Database: Postgres 9.6 Language: Python3.6 or PHP In this project, you have to create two things. a) A python/php script, This script will run every 5 min and check for requests that are completed but its survey has not been sent out. • Once script successfully sends email to user about survey, it will not send out another email. • Email will be of HTML type and will have link to fill out survey. • Link will contain special code through which we can link it to which request user has fill out survey. Code will be 16 char long random string. • Two requests cannot have same code (upon successful email sent, mark it sent) • Email will be sent out using Gmail. b) User clicks on link and go to survey page. This page will have following: Logo (I will provide) Title: Request Survey Name of the request: (Use from database) Date and time it was created and resolved: (User from database) Questionnaire (Below) On this form, we will ask user for • Does your request have been resolved completely? (Yes/no) • How you rate overall service? (1- 10) • Anything else you want us to know: (Text area) Upon successful submission, we will store information in postgresql table. Once user click on link for survey that has been filled out already, then show the message that “This survey has already been filled out.” If user click on link that has invalid code it should show message like “Invalid Link.”
