Develop a platform where your clinicians will be able to manage the clinical procedures seamlessly with an intuitive and easy interface. The desired system will be based on kinsser software. The new system will be completely cloud-based restructured from scratch on the best tech stack according to the use case i.e. Laravel (PHP). The system will have all the following user roles as mentioned below: • Admin • Nurse • Chaplin • Physicians • MSW • Volunteer • Aide and auditor The system will include all the required modules that are essential for the clinicians and each user role will be intertwined with each other in a very specific manner so that all the users will be informed and notified if any other related user makes any change in the system. The system will have the following core modules: • Task manager • Patient Manager • Email Integration and inbox • Reports module • Dynamic Calendar • Plan for Care module Projects Features The web Application will have all the features to make it user-friendly as follows: o The users will be able to sign in/signup o Be easy to Navigate, using quick links, etc. o Advanced search filters o Be developed using the latest app designs that supports all recent plugins/API o Email module will be integrated to support the third-party email service used by the client o Be based on minimalistic design to engage the users o Will have a document editing feature o Will have a Notification system o Will have an e-signature feature for signing forms and certificates issued o Will have document download and upload feature o Will have a complete dynamic calendar to mark and track tasks o Be structured in a manner to minimize the user’s time in attaining its desired objective on the application. o Be fully mobile responsive and will work seamlessly on all known mobile devices Design
