create simply calendar in PHP and MySQL and connect to my Joomla webpage

My vision: 1) I would like to have separate Admin page, where admin can enter all these details: - date (format: [login to view URL]) - start time (format: 00:00 - 23:59) - city (format: text field) - note (format: text field) - upload image (JPG/PNG) - switch "show on web" which will allow show on public webpage or keep on internal web - access to Admin page will have only 3 people with individual login (every admin will have own account) 2) Internal 1 webpage for members of team to see all events - 1 shared login (username: members) - 1 page where will be shown ALL data from MySQL DB (all fields from admin page) - format will be in simple table like on webpage: [login to view URL] - sorting of all events will be from the soonest date - there will be also filters (to show events from 2016, 2017, 2018 - sort from January until December) 3) On public webpage (based on Joomla 3.9) we have to show public events from MySQL DB. On the page will be only events which has switch ON in admin field "show on web". Final output from the DB should looks like this: [login to view URL] Below in the page are 5 columns table (date, day, start time, city, note) This same has to be shown on my Joomla webpage. What is final price for this mini project?
