Create an installer for a complete PHP (SAAS)Platform

We have a SAAS platform and we would like to make an installable platform for windows and Linux/Unix. We want to ensure we can provide the downloadable files but still give an activation key and provide updates from our server to client desktops or servers. Please note you will not code the core platform just the installer for windows and Unix, To be considered, kindly let us review any installers you have created or your works together with your bids.
