Create an Android, IOS app &website

Hi, I want to create an app and website where I can: - link multiple gyms together, to have a map locator, description about the gym. -to be able to generate different type of monthly subscriptions (8, 10, 30 entries...) -to have 3 logins -administrator, user and vendor Home Page  Website will have the logo  Website will have two logins  Website will have one login for User  Website will have one login for Vendor  Website will have search option after login  Website will have footer with all the basic details links about the company  In footer the Home, About Us, services, Contact Us, Terms and condition & Privacy policy will be present, Enquiry Form Vendor – Gym Provider  Vendor should be able to Signup  Vendor should be able to Login  Vendor should be able to generate his QR code  Vendor should be able to track the Users who had scanned the QR code of his gym  V endor will be allowed to generate the bill on monthly bases to the admin  Vendor should be able to update the status of the task assigned to him will be able Log out User - Client  Client should be able to Login  Client will be able to Signup  C lient will be able to update his profile  Client will be able to select a Package he is looking for by simply entering his name and email id and phone number and by selecting the option to pay through payment gateway  Clients should be able to add money to his wallet  C lients should be able to scan the gym QR where he visited  Client should be able to search the registered gym nearby his location  Client should be able to manage his history of gyms he has used and in which location  Client will be able to track the status of their property development.  Client will be able to Logout A dmin  Admin will be able to do Login  Admin will be able to Change Password  Admin will be able to see all details of all the type of users i.e. Clients , Vendors  Admin will be able to manage all the details of the users and vendors  Admin will be able to manage the wallet of each member  Admin will be able to see all the enquiry  Admin will be able to create invoice according to the vendors data’s of the Users visits to their gym  Admin will have access to all the database and manage it  Admin will be able to Logout
