Crate frames in already setup php site

this is the structure and what i want .Root/ [login to view URL] [login to view URL] /homepage/blocks/*blockfolders* custom/*customphppageshere* I want copy of the main page that shows the blocks so i can change the layout of the blocks. also another page with 2 colums so i can add an rss feed block and a twitter feed block. Ive been told 2hrs max to do this as its a simple task. There will be lots more bigger scripting work for the correct person along with a whole website revamp in 4-6 weeks on my budget of $2000+ This needs to be done straight away as my website launch is in 18hrs
