1) We are looking at person/agency who has already worked on Concox GPS device protocol. 2) We want to integrate Concox made WeTrack2 & GT300 GPS device/s protocol to be written in Java/PHP/C++ & putting the data in our existing MySQL DB. 3) We have Linux Server, the program with documented source code to be submitted. 4) The data comes in HEX format on some port, intense socket programming involved. 5) The program must handle more than 1000 devices at a time on a single given TCP port.
