Community Membership Management

As humans we all require to belong. An expat life can be a very lonely one if you are not attached to a community and based on this I created a community wherein people would register and be informed of community specific events such as weddings, funerals, births and social events. This is a non-profit therefore I currently use Google Mail, Docs and forms to manage the community, however this is not effecient as any changes to member status and details have to be manually updated. I would like to have an App that has the following basic functions: Membership Registration (mobile and/or desktop) Registration is to be approved and a confirmation mail sent. The new member would then have the ability to log in and update some details such as marital status, phone numbers, address, new spouse/kids, etc. Event Management Proposal (mobile and/or desktop)- Registered Members can propose events; Creation/Registration (desktop) - Once an event is accepted, provide details on the event and capture interest for participation. Changes to the participation should be limited up to a specific date. Confirmation (mobile and/or desktop) - Once and event is planned, obtain final confirmation from interested parties for planning purposes. This would me a commitment to the costs of the event. Communication(desktop) - Communicate to interested participants once confirmed their acceptance with values based on the registration. Integration into Google and WhatsApp would be great.
