Coding in booking wordpress theme & database structure improvement

We run a wordpress travel booking site with many hotels' pages (posts). We have seperate pages for each hotel and we have thousands of hotels.
The current theme has calendar and booking system for online hotels' reservation. Need conding in order the hotels's owners to have access only to his hotel's calendar and booking system. Now presented all the calandars and the page is too large to be opened.
So need the hotel's owner to find or to see only his calandar and not all calendars ( there are thousands)
Also proposals how to impove databse stracture to be more effencive and with quick responces
There are 9 same sites with the same theme one for each language. So when the conding done to one site succesfully need to be done to other 8 sites too.
Need to get guide also about the way to add this code also in another sites with additional language in the future
