Hello sir, based on your requirement you need a system to remotely display advertisement through Android tv. I suggest using Amazon Web Services(AWS) and Instead of Android Tv use a Normal LED/LCD with Custom Embedded Linux Board(Node), which would be more reliable. I have been working with Embedded systems from past 2 years and have done few projects with AWS. AWS will be a better choice as it is the top cloud solution provider with reliable service. And with its pay as you use pricing model it will be more economical. I can develop a smart system with python, java-script and AWS with advance data collection for future upgrades. if you have any more quires we can communicate using the chat application.
