Overview
1. Cloud based application. (preferably all based on Linux).
2. Application must be easily transferable to a cloud service provider (eg Amazon, Microsoft, Google)
3. All data should be stored within a database (preferably opensource e.g. MySQL) this included scanned documents, MS Word, Excel, PDF etc.
a. Version history of documents to be kept. (This should be customizable e.g. in master data)
4. Secure logins (Two factor authentication) with options to set authorizations per user, by e.g. Super user.
5. Must Cater for numerous users and companies. (Interface e.g. logo, letterheads etc should be customizable per company)
6. Users to only see own data/clients with managers, regional managers, top management to see all data. (Must be customizable – e.g. within database).
7. User interface must make use of Wizards to add new data and have the option to upload data manually.

Application to
1. Keep track of clients last will and testimony.(More than one client could possible have the same last will and testament – E.g. husband and wife could original have a joint will , but later have separate wills)
2. Generate last will and testimony according to selection made with the ability to adjust per client and save those adjustments. (Pre-determined will clauses).
3. Keep track of all assets and liabilities for each client.
4. Link clients to financial planners
5. Link Financial planners to companies providing Financial planning.
6. Keep track of the management of a deceased estate with pre-defined (customizable steps and timeframe)
a. Able to generate liquidation accounts, modifiable in excel
b. Keeping diary notes per estate with notifications
7. Workflow to approve the release of documents and payments.
