Changes to Website's Video Function

Hey there! We run [login to view URL] (NSFW 18+) and serve streaming and downloadable videos to our members. Right now, we have one video option, which serves 1 video file per update. These videos are 1080p and can be hard to stream for mobile users. We want to have the option to post a 2nd identical video of that same update, just at 480p for our mobile users to be able to view without problems. You would be altering our admin panel's functionality to allow me to do this and website's PHP/xcrud code to display the video and a link to download the lower-quality video for our members. This should be pretty easy to do once you look at the code.
