Hello, I own a painting company that is just starting. I am very busy with other things and I am not able to adequately answer incoming leads from a lead generation service. I need to consistently answer leads that I pay for in a timely manner. the speed at which a lead is contacted is crucial. Here is the process: 1) LeadGenerator sends email notification. 2) In under 60 seconds, you make telephone contact with client. 3) You will use a pre-qualification script (MS Word document) that will need to be filled out completely. The future estimate is scheduled here. Client data is also gathered such as name, contact info, address, scope of work etc.. 4) After the prequalification form is filled out, you will upload it to Google Calendar. This will become the schedule for my sales manager. 5) Follow up tasks may be considered depending on performance. I have a prequalification script that must be strictly adhered to. You can gather information slightly out of sequence, but it is better for you to control the phone call and not the lead. In addition to that, the google account will have a customer tracking spreadsheet that needs to be filled out for future records. You must have an upbeat demeanor, phone tone and speak clear and proper English. This position can be done in a home office or somewhere the information can be captured clearly and not be too noisy. The idea is to make the company feel bigger than what it actually is. I can pay by the hour, billed in 15 minute increments. I need to know the following: Hourly Rate Type of Phone and office I prefer a female Initially, work will be slow and will gradually increase. The first month I am expecting about 15 leads and each lead should take about 15 minutes each.
