build a website with library management

Hi Looking to build a cultural organization website focused mainly on book library management. Requirements are: - Home page with image slider, title, news updates for at least 3 events, upcoming events etc - about us page to introduce the organization's activities and history - Registration page. Registration is done after approval of the administrator. Provide reCaptcha for form submission - Library page to search the books by author, title keywords, availability status, category etc (spotlight search in english and provide the results in malayalam on malayalam books) - search result: when clicked a result item, show book cover page, abstract, category, author, availability, pages etc. - Complete CMS to update the slider images, news articles, events and books updates. - Ability to upload book details in bulk or individual (cover page image, abstract, category, author, availability etc) - User management: registration with Name, title, jobtitle, username, password mobile number. - SMS gateway option. (can be added later with any sms gateways) - Contact us form with recaptcha - No e-commerce. It a non profit cultural organization site. Thanks for your contribution and bidding.
