Develop a web app that displays local pictures, and videos after user inputs City, State. You can write

your app within one page or multiple if needed. The program of your app can be stored locally (on

your own hard drive). So you may view and test it locally as well (using browser or emulator). Please

do not hardcode the local infos inside frame(s).

Specification:

❏ Your web app must display an input textbox and a submit button in an HTML page where

users can type a city, state, and submit it.

❏ Upon submitting, your app must display pictures and videos about that locale.

❏ Your app cannot hardcode the results (stored locally or within an iframe).

❏ Your app’s UI should be designed for a smartphone whose width is defined by device-width; its

actual resolution might be anywhere from 320×480 to 760×1280.

Requirements:

❏ Your HTML page should be named as index_FL.html. (FL should be replaced with initials of

your firstname and lastname.)

❏ You may write JavaScript and/or CSS files within that HTML file or external files.

❏ You app must use the Google Places API for Place Photos, and Youtube Search list for Videos.

❏ You app must provide links for viewing the photos and videos in the search result.

❏ Your app must depend only on third-party services, not on any server-side scripts of your own.

Any code that you yourself write must be client-side JavaScript.

❏ You must store users’ recent locales and add a link for it in your HTML file.

❏ You are encouraged, but not required, to integrate jQuery or jQTouch into your app. Use of any

other JavaScript libraries must be approved by the instructor.

❏ Please do not minify your CSS and JavaScript codings.

❏ Please valid your HTML page via [login to view URL]
