Build a Website

I am looking for freelance web and apps developer. Why get freelance ? of course is due to the budget. I wish to create my own website which post all kind of topic and allow user to put their comment. It must have own unique customize page instead of using the standard blogger page. I roughly listed down my requirement here ; 1. Have 2 type of account. One is user account, any one can register using valid email address. They are allow to choose their own nickname. This type of account only can post comment or feedback on the editor post. The 2nd type of account is editor account. Editor account can only open thru application. 2. The concept of this website and apps is to collect feeback or response from user. 3. Multi category such as main, video, live, food, internet, space, sports, financial, hobbies, celebrity and etc. Admin can add category in future. 4. The web should have the similar appearance or format to apps in term of display of post. Of course the web site should have more features such as top post, recommend post and etc. 5. Let me describe the apps appearance. It is similar to “天天快报“。”tian tian kuai bao”. When open up the apps it will show the post with either single thumbnail photo post or 3 thumbnail photo post with title/subject of the post. 6. Swiping to right can bring up setting / click the profile photo can bring up the setting page which can change profile phot, to view all his comment, his favourite post, message whom commented on his post and setting. 7. The most important is the presentation of post. Refer to the “tian tian kuai bao” apps, you can see the post is very attractive cause the format is editor can add text in between photo. At the bottom of post listed all related key word post and some user comment. When swipe to right within the post page we can view all comment by others user. 8. The apps should auto refresh after few minutes of non activity. 9. The user can reply to others user’s comment. 10. The apps should display the numbers of like and numbers of comment by user, time of latest post and etc. 11. The first category appear on top of the page is shown all type of post and then follow by the specific category. When clicking on the category will refresh the page. 12. The website appearance should have similar format in term of post when displaying post. Same like first page of apps. Besides that to add some others info at the side of the web page. Such as advertisement, top post, recommend post and etc. to further confirm the extra features on website page later. 13. The apps appearance is important and looks alike like “tian tian kuai bao” 14. The editor page is very important too to allow user friendly to insert photo and text. 15. Admin must be able to retrieve all type of information about the user post, data and etc. 16. Just install the “tian tian kuai bao” apps and feel the format. The language is not important even you don’t understand [login to view URL] apps is attractively display the post and easy to post comment. 17. I am yet to finalize if to allow all user to post topic or not. For the time being I think i will do the posting and let user comment only. 18. I create this website and apps is from my own investment and having intention to create income in the future thru the advertisement or selling data base (user comment on their product or service) if my apps or website become popular. Ofcourse will shut down also if response is too bad. Basically that is what I can describe regarding my apps and website content. I wish to obtain the quotation before proceed further to explain on the apps and web content.
