Build a User manager from where admin can give permissions to access diff. platforms -- 2

(ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO THIS WORK FOR 150 $ AND DELIVER WITHIN 7 DAYS.) (Half part of this work has been done already.) We need in 7 days. You can work with Prestashop and File manager for now and later with Forum also. There is no need to sync users to user manager from prestashop for now so can do later. But remaining things we need till 31st October anyhow. 1. Admin can give permission to users to access Prestashop, File Manager or Forum whether user can access prestashop or file manager or forum (with Language also so user can access platforms in assigned language.) 2. Show all users with filters. (Admin can see all users with search option) We need to make first of all a USER MANAGER which will sync to prestashop each new user will be sync from prestashop to user manager and user manager admin can give rights to each user to access prestashop or file manager or forum with language option so after it that user can login into assigned platforms like prestashop or file manager or forum with same login.
