I can do this but you need to know few things to consider, you can't send messages to a user from a bot if the user has never interacted with the bot. About this command /addpack PACKAGENAME @group1 @channel1, I could offer you /addpack PACKAGENAME @group/channel, you can only add one group or channel at the time, you will be able to add many as you want, but have to repeat the command, I.E: /addpack PACKAGENAME group1, /addpack PACKAGENAME group2 I just need a 2$ VPS with CentOS 7 to run the bot. As I understand it, your expectations for the bot are for it to: - Assemble user "packages", and link/unlink users from them - Remove/Add users in said packages to certain groups I believe that with my experience in C#, it would not be hard for me to do so.
