The way I recommend is through the use of Docker containers. In short, Docker enable to package pieces of code/libraries and to run it anywhere (linux and mac only) without installation issues. This way, you will be able to run it locally if you want, or, if you later decide to make it available through a website or anywhere else, you will be able to export the solution easely.
