Build Single-page WordPress Website From AI Design Mockup

I'm looking for help creating a WordPress site from a design mockup Adobe Illustrator file. The design includes both mobile and desktop views, and includes all image, font, and icon assets. Please find the design PDF attached. I will provide the AI file and all assets upon job acceptance. The design is for a single page website, but I also need a generic template created that has just the header and footer for privacy policy and terms of services pages. I am looking for a developer who is very experienced with WordPress, even though this is a simple site, as it needs to be built to a very high quality standard using best practices for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and extensibility. I do not want this website built with a page builder. If sections need to be customizable, please use Advanced Custom Fields. I can provide an Advanced Custom Fields Pro License. This would include: - Hosting tiers section - Features/icons below "Expect personable Attention" - About Particle section - Why Particle section The following elements are fullwidth but have content restricted to the width of the container: - Header section - "Premium WordPress Hosting" - Try Us Risk Free For 15 Days - Why Particle - Footer Please make note of collapsable sections and ask questions if you are unsure of how an element should behave. The website itself is for selling web hosting services, so it must perform very well and be optimized for page speed/loading times, and adhere to standards set by WordPress for development and Google for site speed. Custom SVG icons have been created by the designer for all icons. I would like to connect the contact form to WHMCS support module using their API, but this is not necessary at this point. We can use Gravity Forms instead. Please ask any questions you may have.
