The login screen and display of messages can be done using Django and Python 3.6. If you provide database details I can code it locally ,connect to your database and demo the application. Thanks and looking forward to working with you. I have coded the program in Django and Python . I can show sample screens if required. After entering username and password , a second screen will appear . user will then enter ID and the appropriate messages will be retrieved from database and displayed.
