Build global multi website platform

Need platform to do the following 1) Child sites that sell product in the USA. 2) Child sites that sell product in countries outside of the USA 3) Parent site that provides product to child sites in the USA 4) Parent site that provides product to child sites outside of the USA 5) Master site that will provide product to parent sites AND will be responsible to have product assembled. If not enough material to assemble product, master site will order parts from factories 6) CRM either connected via API but prefer to have CRM that we own 7) Bar code scanning of products in case quantity and placed or removed from inventory (may expand to RFID) 8) TNE (Test and Evaluation) for specific products at assembler and stored into master site 9) TNE for products from specific consumers and stored into child sites. 10) all information from child sites and parent sites accessible to master site. 11) custom registration forms that will place registrants if approved into specific groups for pricing and qty requirements. 12) Registration requests sent to specific email with all of the information about the registrant in the email. If the request is approved we need a link that will approve the registrant in the email that is sent to the specific email. 13) If you want to be considered for this bid it is important that I know you have read the basic requirements.
