Build a Custom Plugins for My Website

Required Skills: PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Ajax, CSS, HTML, Wordpress Plugin, and Java Script. We are looking for a Wordpress and WooCommerce EXPERT - once again EXPERT - who can modify the WordPress theme plugins to create a website like EventBrite. We are trying to convert our normal product sellings store to ticket booking and sales store. Tasks (29-30 Tasks Total): 1) Add Date&Time Picker (Datetime Picker) 2) Add & Edit existing forms 3) Create a small plugin to support the theme 4) Add & retrieve data from the database to support new shopping cart 5) Add & Edit JQuery, json, and Ajax. 6) Create a CHILD theme and build a plugins 7) Must have EXPERT knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Ajax, and CSS skills to modify plugins without searching and asking for the advice.
