Build a Client Dashboard To View Mortgage Information

Hello, We are a mortgage brokerage. We need someone to build us a client dashboard where our clients, those who get a mortgage through us, can login and view their mortgage statistics. For every new client we will set them up manually from a super admin panel where we enter the client profile information and their mortgage data (principal, interest, amortisation period, down payment etc etc). We will also fill in the inputs regarding the "Settings" tab in reference to the above link. 2. Then from the same super admin panel we should be able to email the login information to the client with their user id and password. 3. Client can now login and view the data about their mortgage beutifully displayed as graphs and charts. The following data needs to be displayed: Amortization Chart, Repayment Chart, Balance Graph, Interest Graph, Annual Table, Monthly Table, Payments Table, Summary. This data should be live from the date we set the client up, that means every time the user logs in it should automatically update the metrics (meaning the principal should go down etc as time passes) 4. The client will also have a "Sandbox" option, where he/she can play around with different options for his current mortgage or about a new mortgage, for example to see how extra payments affect his mortgage, how a interest change affects his mortgage etc 5. Clients dashboard should also have a chat or messaging feature to contact us via internal messaging for questions or concerns. 6. Clients dashboard will also have feed from our blog (blog will be public) 7. Clients dashboard will also have access to exclusive news feed (only available to clients, published from super admin panel) 8. Clients should be able to download a beautifully designed summary report and detailed report with the current date stamp, mortgage property address etc. Report should obviously have all the appropriate data (as shown in the dashboard) 9. Client should be able to send the report via email or print via their printer Everything needs to be displayed beautifully and designed beautifully. I mean the admin panel theme that we have is just about the best one and is also the right color scheme. All you have to do is implement a simple calculation, database and display the results graphically. Other features are standard ones: 1. Password recovery features 2. Captcha security Please bid only if you have developed analytics dashboard before. This is not a difficult job for people who know what to do.
