Build/ Adjust a simple app (website iframe app) Only top & Bottom Bar

For €20,- I want a iOS and Android app. The app is momently in the market but we want to change it. If you can adjust it its fine or if you want to rebuild it its also fine. Everything is ready for start. Top bar excist out of Calling button that leads you to Call trough Whatsapp viber or normal call. Message bar that leads you to message trough whatsapp viber or normal call Bottom bar excist out 5 buttons to 5 different urls. User should not be able to maximize the video. Only play and pause.
