I am interested to do this work . I can finish this within 5 days. I am working on android projects. I can manage to create websites also if required. I recommend to use Google firebase. so you no need to invest any amount on server. You can manage the thighs very easy. Firebase provide Admin panel also. I already worked on some projects on firebase.
