BigCommerce Optimized One Page Checkout Customization

We have a BigCommerce store and we are trying to customize the "Optimized One Page Checkout" page to a true single page checkout similar to the one on the attached file.
Essentially all we require is to expand the steps (un-collapse them) and group them side by side in 3 different columns.
(It appears the Optimized Single Page Checkout is built with Angular.)
We can't use the express checkout option as it doesn't support Klarna payments. But we are open to solution offers if somehow you can make klarna, paypal credit, amazon and apple payment methods work with our customized single page checkout that's using the "express checkout" function.
If we are satisfied with the freelancer, we will consider to continue doing business with them for our upcoming enhancements.
